Please Welcome Brenda

MassCOSH is very pleased to announce that it has doubled the capacity of our Worker Center! After a brief period where the center was staffed solely by the capable hands Director Milagros Barreto, Brenda Quintana replaces former MassCOSH employee Erica Sánchez as our new Worker Center Organizer.
 
Brenda brings a personal commitment to uplift and empower immigrant workers. As a first-generation immigrant from Mexico, Quintana grew up with family and friends who faced significant challenges in advocating for themselves at work because of language barriers, immigration status, and racism. Quintana’s previous work as a Community Organizer with Casa del Trabajador, a worker center in the Metrowest region, perfectly prepares her for her new role with MassCOSH. Quintana is unquestionably qualified and motivated to further the fight for good, safe jobs for all, and we can't wait for her to join our Worker Center.
