Provide One Fair Wage

HD2112/SD1296: An Act Requiring One Fair Wage, filed by Representatives Farley-Bouvier and Montaño and Senator Pat Jehlen. In the pandemic, service workers have become more vulnerable than ever. Tips are down by 50%, and workers are at the frontlines of enforcing public safety measures. We need to eliminate the tipped subminimum wage and raise ALL workers’ minimum wage to $15 an hour plus tips.
