Help us Meet an Important Deadline!

July 20, 2020

MassCOSH is proud to serve as a member of the Fields Corner Crossroads Collaborative, a new coalition that is comprised of nine anchor organizations (below) within Boston’s Fields Corner neighborhood and sponsored by Boston Children’s Hospital. Together, we seek to address health care, social services, youth development, labor and occupational health, economic development, civic participation, community, organizing, and affordable housing to make Dorchester and Boston a better place to live and work.

To meet our goals, we need to hear from those who live in the Fields Corner area. We want to know more about your thoughts regarding the issues we are addressing and how living in the neighborhood has impacted you. Our goal is to reach 1,000 residences before July 24 to learn more about community needs in Dorchester, both before and during the COVID-19 stay-at-home order.

The survey will take just 10 minutes and we don't need your name, the information you provide fully anonymous and confidential.

Fields Corner Crossroads Collaborative includes:
Asian American Resource Workshop
All Dorchester Sports and Leadership
Boys & Girls Club of Dorchester
Dorchester Youth Collaborative
